What makes Young people unique?

  • Fearless, brave, impetuous, dynamic, and self-confident: That defines them.
  • They have the ideas, the creativity, and great energy to shape a better world.
  • They are full of hope through innovation and imagination.
  • They are problem solvers and have a great potential to generate positive social change in the world.
  • They have the power to transform the world.

Young people are in a continuous search for the transcendence that generates the desire of helping the environment, countries, communities and families. With globalization and technology the world has even become smaller, with unlimited possibilities of connection, there is a unique chance for young people to unite in solidarity and empathize on real friendship. But who is our real friend ? With this note, ISKCON Youth Forum - Gurugram is an attempt to represent  our youth segment at ISKCON . 

4 Missions of ISKCON Youth Forum, Gurugram :

  1. Inspire:  By Creating Interest among Youths to take the Process of Practical Spirituality with Krishna Consciousness at the center
  2. Educate:  By Making them Understand the Philosophical and Scientific aspects of Krishna consciousness.
  3. Train: By Guiding youth to become Krishna consciousness leaders of the future.
  4. Spread: By Adopting unique innovative Methods to spread the message among youths.

Goals and Objectives in nut-shell :

• To gain permanent happiness and self-fulfillment in the life

• To find internal potentials such as motivation, concentration, inspiration, tolerance, self-confidence, and kindness.

  • Provide soft-skill training like leadership, stress management, time management etc.

• To Combine personality with proficiency for long-term success.

• To secure youngsters from self-destructive addictions that harm mind and body.

• To provide a sense of balancing between personal and professional life, work, and entertainment.

• To provide scientifically crafted lectures on Vedic intelligence by highly qualified faculty members.

Our Activities at a Glance :

1. Value-Driven Lectures /Seminars :

Bringing the hidden potential out in the youth for creating the virtues of self-confidence and motivation through informative and vibrant presentations and lectures in Hybrid Mode (Online and Offline)

2. Art, Music & Drama

Cultivating the skills of the youth in the art, music, and drama field by giving them proper opportunities and required assistance.We've Certified Professionals from Trinity College London to organize music classes in Hybrid Mode (Online and Offline).

3. Edutainment via Offsite Camps :

These excursions and retreats are blends of educational thought-provoking discussions and joyful experience of connecting with nature.

Spiritual activities in the serene setting of nature gives whole new perspective and a deeper vision to see our life.

4. Youth Festivals

The Festival provides a platform for the Spiritually inclined Youth to assemble at a common ground. The festival is surcharged with spiritual energy which manifests in the form of Excellent Ecstatic Mantra Rock, sumptuous Prasadam Feast,  Wonderful Play, Powerful Thought-Provoking Seminar.

Our past festivals include Udgaar, Umang , Feast of Flavor , Viplava

5. Fun activities:

Boating, Drama, Swimming, Melodious Kirtan, and much more are included as part of the Camps depending on the location of the camps

6. Presentation and communication skills

Improving the communication skills of the youth with the help PPT (Power Point Presentations), Mind maps and several debate competitions.

7. Well Designed Practical Curriculum (Both short term and Long Terms)

8. Practical engagement

We provide activities such as Event management, Book distribution, Prasad distribution, IT Technical servises, Design Services (Newsletter, website design/update, etc) , Cleaning, and so on. These activities are very helpful in building better leadership and team-building skills. These activities also create a great sense of responsibility in students.
